Expert Hurst Analysis
JM Hurst described the analysis process as "more of an art than a science" and suggested that a computer would never be able to analyze as well as a human! That is why Sentient Trader uses the exact analysis method proposed by Hurst, and uses advanced pattern recognition to mimic the human approach.
Dual analysis
We have extended Hurst's original work, and using Sentient Trader you can now work with a dual analysis on every chart. That is an analysis of the troughs, and a separate analysis of the peaks. Hurst originally proposed that cycles in stock markets have synchronized troughs, not peaks. But recent research reveals that commodities and precious metals are better analyzed assuming that the peaks are synchronized. And forex pairs exhibit characteristics of both!
